Terms of Service

Last updated September 9, 2026

These terms govern your use of Oxeyo. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them. If you're using Oxeyo on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on that organization's behalf, and "you" refers to that organization.

1. What Oxeyo is

Oxeyo is a tool for sending outbound email outreach through mailboxes you connect and control. Oxeyo does not send mail from shared or Oxeyo-owned mailboxes on your behalf — every message goes out through your own connected Gmail, Microsoft, or SMTP mailbox.

2. Your responsibility for outreach compliance

Sending unsolicited commercial email is regulated. You are solely responsible for ensuring every campaign you run complies with the law in every jurisdiction you send to and from — including, where applicable, the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive, and any other local anti-spam or data protection law. This includes, at minimum:

  • Having a lawful basis to contact each recipient.
  • Accurately identifying yourself as the sender.
  • Honoring unsubscribe/opt-out requests promptly — Oxeyo automates this, but you remain responsible for it.
  • Not using purchased, scraped, or otherwise unlawfully obtained contact lists where prohibited.
  • Not sending content that is fraudulent, deceptive, or facilitates illegal activity.

Oxeyo provides suppression-list handling, unsubscribe links, and deliverability tooling to help you send responsibly, but using these tools does not by itself guarantee legal compliance for your specific use case. If you're unsure whether your outreach is compliant, get advice before sending.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Oxeyo to:

  • Send spam, phishing attempts, malware, or fraudulent content.
  • Harass, threaten, or send hateful or sexually explicit content to recipients.
  • Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
  • Send to recipients who have unsubscribed or been added to a suppression list.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or another organization's data isolation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, or that we reasonably believe are damaging mailbox or platform deliverability for other users.

4. Your account and connected mailboxes

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, and for the security of any mailbox you connect. You represent that you have the right to connect any mailbox you add to Oxeyo and to send outreach from it.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Where a paid plan applies, pricing and billing terms will be presented at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing for future billing periods with notice.

6. Service availability

Oxeyo is provided "as is" and "as available." We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for outages, delayed sends, or missed deliveries caused by third-party providers (mailbox providers, hosting, AI providers) that Oxeyo depends on.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oxeyo and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product, including damage to your sending reputation, lost business, or legal exposure arising from campaigns you send. This does not limit liability where it cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using Oxeyo and request account closure at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, with notice where practical.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

This page is a general-purpose starting point and is not a substitute for legal advice. Given that Oxeyo sends unsolicited commercial email on your behalf, have these terms reviewed by counsel familiar with anti-spam law in the jurisdictions you operate in before relying on them.
